Norse Digital Products staff member with cross-organization system management access. Operates exclusively in the Admin Web Portal. Has no default access to any organization's operational data; access to a specific tenant's data requires an explicit time-bounded support access grant from the Organization Admin of that tenant. Every support session is logged in the org's audit trail.
